Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you don't, we are happy to accept return requests within 14 days of package delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please visit our return portal or click here. Returns are subject to a flat-rate return shipping fee of $8.

Damages and issues
Please contact us directly at hello@sunnyxwest.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will do everything we can to make it right, and you won't be charged for a return or replacement!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns not accepted on discounted or discontinued items marked FINAL SALE

Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, please go through the return portal and then place a new order. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and approved your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
